Ralph Lucas, Partner

Ralph focuses on the offshore Russian and Central and Eastern Europe (CIS/CEE) wealth management business across EMEA, including Turkey. He has a secondary focus on the UK market.

Ralph joined Metropole Search Partners from Stephen Raby Associates where he spent 2 years as a senior consultant within the Private Wealth Management practice. Ralph began his career in Search by recruiting policy professionals and economists for a wide range of institutions and regulators.

Previously Ralph served in the British Army and held a range of operational and planning roles. He has a BA in Geography.
